All prices listed are in Canadian Funds not including applicable taxes (Canadian PST & GST) and shipping which will be added to your order depending on your shipping address during the checkout process. We accept payment in Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. If you are insecure about sending your credit card information via our secure shopping cart, you can choose to send us your order without this information and we will contact you to arrange payment.

Note that you do not have to be registered with PayPal to use this system for payment. If you are a PayPal member you will be given an opportunity to login when you get to the PayPal payment processing point.

All Prices are subject to change without notice and some products may at times be temporarily out of stock. Party participants take home the items they buy the same night so our inventory is constantly fluctuating. We will let you know via email or phone if an item is out of stock and the estimated length of time before shipping.

For items that are in stock, they will usually be shipped by the next day. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday 6:00AM to 5:00PM. Any orders received after 5:00PM will be treated as received the next business day.

Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot generally offer exchange or refunds. You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order if it is still sealed in its original packaging and unopened. Please contact us for instructions prior to returning the item.

All items are shipped in non-identifiable wrapping to maintain your privacy unless you request otherwise. We ship via Canada Post. See the chart below for shipping rates in Canadian Funds and estimated time to delivery. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate with products packaged together.

During the shopping cart checkout process, shipping (and applicable taxes for Canadian residents) will be calculated based on the delivery location. You will have the opportunity to confirm the total order price including shipping prior to final checkout.
Note that at this time we are only shipping to Canadian Customers.

We do not maintain a customer list or send out any mailings unless specifically authorized to do so. Our site ordering is completely secure. When you place an order online, your order information is encrypted using SSL encryption technology before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for the information to be stolen or intercepted during transfer to our servers. The information is stored in encrypted format in a protected database until processing and is then deleted to ensure security.
